Camilla Jane Allnatt, a Vice President in MUFG's Corporate Banking Division, has been named as a winner in the Banking and Capital Markets category of WeAreTheCity's 2020 Rising Star Awards.

Founded by WeAreTheCity.com, the Rising Star Awards recognise the achievements and celebrates female role models and talent across different industries in order to promote the pipeline of future leaders. Camilla is part of the Global Subsidiary Banking team, selling MUFG's products and services to Multinational Clients in over 50 countries. As well as her day job, Camilla was recognised for her role as co-chair of the Balance gender equality network, CSR Champion and an award winning mentor.

Two other MUFG employees, Annabelle Juffs and Ericka Fitzgerald, were also shortlisted for a Rising Star Award. This is an incredible achievement given that the awards were entered by over 1,000 individuals and were judged by a panel of 45 independent judges. This is the second year MUFG has been recognised in the awards, following a win by Ericka Fitzgerald in 2019 in the same category.

As a global organisation, MUFG believes that diversity is critical to success, and having a workforce that reflects the communities where we operate brings benefits to not just employees, but clients also. MUFG has six I&D networks across EMEA that are employee-led, including a Balance Gender equality network.

About the win, Camilla Jane Allnatt, Vice President, Corporate Banking, stated:
