MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group) today announces the appointments of Emmanuel Delattre as Global Co-Coordinator for Origination & Distribution (O&D), and Amanda Willis as Head of Credit Sales EMEA.

Emmanuel's newly created role will see him partner with Tomoyuki Ito in Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities as MUFG develops its O&D capabilities. The pair will lead a team of over 100 people across multiple regions and products.

Emmanuel, who has more than 20 years of sales experience in the City, will play a key role in the co-ordination of the structuring and distribution of bank assets to MUFG's institutional investor client base. He joined MUFG as Head of Credit Sales EMEA in 2015, from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Amanda Willis will assume the role of Head of Credit Sales EMEA, having spent five years as an Executive Director at MUFG. Amanda joined MUFG in 2013 to grow the Swiss franchise in Investment Grade and Emerging Credit, since when she has worked closely with the Capital Markets Group and acted as a product champion for the Medium-Term Note (MTN) program. Her career in the City spans 30 years in disciplines including corporate finance, equities and fixed income.

Paul Lavelle, International Head of Institutional Client Group, said:

"Emmanuel's appointment reflects MUFG's commitment to developing a sustainable global CIB platform. He will play a key role in strengthening our relevance to corporate and institutional clients as we bring the full power of MUFG's network to bear."

Joram Siegel, Head of Credit Sales and Trading Group in EMEA, said:

"Amanda is taking over a credit team in EMEA that is building momentum with institutional clients. Her product experience and natural leadership will be invaluable as we continue to develop a client centric sales business."
