MUFG EMEA today announces the appointment of Sandeep Kohli to Regional Head of Markets Sales & Trading, MUFG Securities EMEA plc (MUSE), subject to regulatory approval.

In his role, Sandeep will lead the MUSE Sales & Trading business across EMEA, overseeing strategy, risk management and coordination across Global Markets Sales & Trading teams in EMEA. He will continue to be based in London and will report to Nobu Nanjo, CEO MUSE and Mike Yarian, Head of Global Markets Sales & Trading (ex-Japan).

Sandeep, who joined MUFG EMEA in 2025 as Co-Head of International Securities Strategic Office, brings more than 25 years of international financial services experience, having held senior leadership roles across sales and trading, technology and operations at BNY, BNP Paribas, Nomura and Deutsche Bank. He has a strong track record of leading complex businesses, driving transformation and building high-performing global teams, making him exceptionally well-positioned to lead the next phase of growth for the business.
