MUFG today announces the appointment of Nobuho Nanjo as Chief Executive of MUFG Securities EMEA (“MUSE"). Nobuho succeeds Chris Kyle who will retire following 30 years in the financial services industry.

With over 30 years of experience at MUFG, Nobuho has held numerous senior positions including General Manager of the Global Markets Business Planning Division and Executive Officer, Deputy Head of Global Markets Business Unit at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities. He was appointed Head of Strategy for MUSE in 2024, where he has been playing an integral role in developing the MUSE strategy and enhancing business resilience.

Nobuho will report to Masatoshi Komoriya, currently Deputy Regional Executive for the Americas, who will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer – International for Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings Co., Ltd. Both appointments are effective 1 April 2025. At a local level, Nobuho will report to Eileen Taylor, Chair of the Board of MUSE.
