The 2016/17 year has been ground-breaking for the EMEA CSR programme, with the region reaching an all-time high in employee participation.
The report highlights the achievements of our fourteen branches across EMEA participating in CSR, and features some of the work our champions have achieved in recent months. Our most notable achievements include:
- Becoming MUFG's highest participating region – 51%
- Breaking our record for number of activities
- 89% of staff agreeing that MUFG is a socially responsible business – 11% above industry average
- Impacting the lives of over 9,000 young people in local communities
