Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the “ Court") dated 31 March 2022 (the “Order"), MUFG Securities Asia Limited (formerly known as Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK), Limited, Mitsubishi Securities (HK), Limited and Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (HK) Limited, successor to the business of Towa Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, and replacement trustee for MUFG Securities Asia (Singapore) Limited (in Member's Voluntary Liquidation)) (“MUS(Asia)") has been granted leave to transfer and/or dispose of (including by selling or forfeiting) its clients' unclaimed assets pursuant to sections 56 and 62 of the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29), and Order 92 of the Rules of the High Court (Cap. 4A).

Affected clients of MUS(Asia) may make an application for the payment or transfer of their respective unclaimed assets out of Court pursuant to Order 92, rule 5 of the Rules of the High Court (Cap. 4A).

特此通告：根據香港特別行政區高等法院（“ 高等法院"）於2022年3月31日作出的命令（“命令"），三菱日聯證券亞洲有限公司 (MUFG Securities Asia Limited) （前身為三菱日聯證券(香港)有限公司 (Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK), Limited)、三菱證券(香港)有限公司 (Mitsubishi Securities (HK), Limited) 及東京三菱國際(香港)有限公司 (Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (HK) Limited)，為東和證券(香港)有限公司 (Towa Securities (Hong Kong) Limited) 的繼任者，以及為 MUFG Securities Asia (Singapore) Limited (in Member's Voluntary Liquidation) 的替代受托人）已獲高等法院批准，根據《受託人條例》（香港法例第29章）第56條及62條及《高等法院規則》（香港法例第4A章）第92號命令，授權處置及／或轉讓（包括售賣或沒收）相關客戶之尚未認領資產。

根據《高等法院規則》（香港法例第4A章）第92號命令第5條規則，受影響客戶可向高等法院申請支付或轉出其存於高等法院的資產。
