The Terms and Conditions applicable to payment accounts and payment services for corporate clients ("Terms and Conditions") are made up of the following documents:

• Master Terms of Business for Banking – These outline the terms and conditions that govern the operation of all present and future accounts with MUFG.
• MBE Netherlands Terms – (until 5 October 2025) or MBE Netherlands Country Addendum (as from 5 October 2025) – These outline the terms and conditions that govern the operation of all present and future accounts maintained in the books of MUFG in The Netherlands and to services provided in connection with such accounts.
• MBE Germany Terms – These outline the terms and conditions that govern the operation of all present and future accounts maintained in the books of MUFG in Germany and to services provided in connection with such accounts.
